Trainee Positions
Most traineeships are offered to university graduates to find and develop junior staff members for executive positions. Such trainee programs can be of a general nature or have a specific focus or specialization, for instance, related to marketing.
All trainee programs consist of various components and have a clear schedule. General trainee programs introduce the trainee to all kinds of business units. During the training, the company and the trainee analyze the trainee's specific interests and strengths. Once the training is completed, normally after 12-24 months, a decision is made whether the trainee shall be employed or not. The trainee program offers compact further education, both on the professional and personal level, a permanent assessment and a recommendation. Often, trainee programs also include stays abroad to develop the trainee's language skills and gather intercultural experiences.
